Its been a while since I experienced my last hot flash. Of course, I attribute that to lots of prayer and following a relatively healthy lifestyle. I will continue to keep you guys posted on how well I am managing perimenopause especially those crazy hot flashes. I've had quite a few people to ask me how I lowered my body temperature during the midst of a hot flash. I decided to put all of that information in an upcoming e-booklet called "Withstanding The Fire". It will address and suggest ways to lower your body temperature.
